Two of the most requested ClippingCash features: customer texting is live now, and accounting sync is coming soon.
Text your customers from the app
Your customers read texts. They do not always answer calls or open emails. Texting in ClippingCash means:
- Two-way conversations. Text a customer, get the reply in the app, and keep the whole thread on the customer record instead of your personal phone.
- Automatic reminders. Customers get a text before service. Fewer locked gates and fewer missed appointments.
- Quote and invoice texts. Quote updates and invoice links go out by text, and customers pay by card right from their phone.
Growing includes 100 texts a month and Professional includes 500. Any plan, including Starter, can buy credit packs: $5 for 100, $20 for 500, $35 for 1,000. Pack credits never expire, and an optional auto top-off keeps reminders flowing if you run out mid-week.

Coming soon: sync your books with QuickBooks or Xero
QuickBooks and Xero sync is coming soon to the Professional and Business plans. Connect ClippingCash to QuickBooks or Xero once and stop entering invoices twice:
- Invoices you create will sync to your accounting platform automatically, at least hourly.
- Payments recorded in QuickBooks or Xero will flow back and reconcile the matching invoices.
- Your existing customers will import without duplicates, and a sync log will show exactly what moved.
