Texting Is Live, and QuickBooks Sync Followed

Two of the most requested ClippingCash features: customer texting went live with this post, and QuickBooks sync followed.

Text your customers from the app

Update, October 2026: QuickBooks sync is now live, on the Growing plan and up. Xero sync is still coming. Texting, and the credit packs, are on the Growing plan and up; Starter does not include texting. The post below is corrected to match.

Your customers read texts. They do not always answer calls or open emails. Texting in ClippingCash means:

• Two-way conversations. Text a customer, get the reply in the app, and keep the whole thread on the customer record instead of your personal phone.
• Automatic reminders. Customers get a text before service. Fewer locked gates and fewer missed appointments.
• Quote and invoice texts. Quote updates and invoice links go out by text, and customers pay by card right from their phone.

Growing includes 500 texts a month and Professional 2,000. On those plans you can also buy credit packs: $5 for 100, $20 for 500, $35 for 1,000. Pack credits never expire, and an optional auto top-off keeps reminders flowing if you run out mid-week.

Now live: sync your books with QuickBooks

QuickBooks sync is live on the Growing plan and up. Connect ClippingCash to QuickBooks Online once and stop entering invoices twice:

• Invoices you create sync to QuickBooks automatically, every six hours or on demand with Sync Now.
• Payments recorded in QuickBooks flow back and reconcile the matching invoices.
• Your existing customers import without duplicates, and a sync log shows exactly what moved.
