Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or use ClippingCash for unlawful activity.
Text Messaging (SMS)
Messages you send to your customers. ClippingCash includes tools that let you send text messages to your own customers. When you use these tools, you are the sender of those messages and are solely responsible for how you use them. ClippingCash provides the messaging tool; it is not the sender of your messages.
Before sending any text message through ClippingCash, you must have obtained the recipient’s prior express consent to be contacted by text at the number used. You agree to:
- send messages only to people who have agreed to receive them;
- comply with all applicable laws and carrier rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines;
- honor opt-out requests promptly, including replies such as STOP, and not message anyone who has opted out;
- not send prohibited content, including messages related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco (SHAFT), or any unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content;
- provide accurate business and use-case information for any carrier registration (such as toll-free verification) completed on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your own records of the consent you have obtained. You agree to indemnify and hold ClippingCash harmless from any claims, penalties, or damages arising from your text messages or your failure to obtain proper consent.
Messages we send to you. As part of operating your account, ClippingCash may send you text messages about your own account and the Service, such as billing and payment notices (for example, that the payment card on file is about to expire or that a payment failed), trial and subscription status, and other important account or service alerts. These are account and transactional messages, not marketing. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. If you opt out, we may be unable to notify you by text about account issues such as a failed payment or an expiring card, so please keep the email address on your account current and monitor your account status.
If you receive messages from a ClippingCash user. If you get text messages from a lawn care business that uses ClippingCash, that business, not ClippingCash, is the sender. You can reply STOP at any time to stop those messages, or HELP for help. How your mobile number is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Payments Processed by Stripe

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClippingCash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
