Four plans. Starter is $29/month for up to 150 customers and 1 team member. Growing is $49/month for up to 400 customers and 5 team members. Professional is $79/month with unlimited customers and 10 team members. Business is $149/month with unlimited customers and unlimited team members. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 30-day trial needs no credit card and no contract. Cancel anytime.
What does it cost to take card payments?
Card processing is 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction through Stripe. No hidden fees and no markup from us.
Can I set up recurring jobs?
Yes. Set a job to repeat weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Set it once and your schedule fills itself in.
How does invoicing work?
Mark a job done and the invoice goes out automatically. You can track every invoice from sent to paid, and customers can pay by card straight from the invoice link.
Is there a mobile app for my crew?
Yes. The ClippingCash Worker App is on iPhone and Android. Your crew sees their daily jobs, checks in on site, and takes before and after photos as proof of service.
Can I text my customers from ClippingCash?
Yes. Send texts and get replies in the app, plus automatic reminders, quote updates, and invoice texts. Growing includes 500 texts a month, Professional 2,000, and Business 5,000. Any plan can buy credit packs that never expire: $5 for 100, $20 for 500, $35 for 1,000. See how texting works.
