Stop Typing Every Invoice Twice
If your books live in QuickBooks or Xero, every invoice you create in your field software has to get there somehow. For most lawn care businesses that means retyping it at the kitchen table. QuickBooks and Xero sync is coming soon to ClippingCash Professional and Business, so it will connect directly to QuickBooks or Xero and do the second entry for you.
- Invoices you create in ClippingCash will sync to your accounting platform automatically
- Payments recorded in QuickBooks or Xero will flow back and reconcile invoice balances
- Customers will import without creating duplicates
- Your accountant keeps the tools they already know
How the Sync Will Work
Connect once. An owner or admin will connect ClippingCash to QuickBooks or Xero through a secure authorization flow. One accounting platform per company.
Initial sync. Your existing customers will import from the accounting platform without duplicates, and your open ClippingCash invoices will push across so both systems start aligned.
Then it runs itself. New and updated invoices will sync automatically, at least hourly. Payments recorded in your accounting software will come back and apply to the matching invoices, so balances stay matched without you reconciling by hand.
You stay in control. Map your tax rates and service items once, hit Sync now whenever you want an immediate push, and check the sync log to see exactly what moved.
Built for How Lawn Care Billing Actually Works
Mowing businesses send lots of small recurring invoices. That is exactly the kind of volume where manual double entry breaks down: a missed week here, a typo there, and suddenly the books do not match what customers actually owe.
In ClippingCash, marking a job done creates the invoice automatically. With the sync turned on, that invoice will land in QuickBooks or Xero on its own. Your field operation and your books stop being two separate jobs.
What It Will Cost
QuickBooks and Xero sync is coming soon to the Professional plan at $79/month and the Business plan at $149/month, alongside customer texting, unlimited customers, and larger team limits. See the full plan comparison.
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. Questions first? Check the FAQ or ask Chris directly.
