Customers Are Not Charged Until the Trial Ends
Your payment method may be collected at signup, but you are not charged until the trial period ends.
Subscriptions Are Billed Monthly or Annually
After the free trial, subscriptions are billed based on the billing cycle selected in your account (monthly or annual).
Payments Are Generally Non-Refundable After a Billing Period Starts
Once a billing period begins, payments are generally non-refundable.
Billing Errors Can Be Reported Within 7 Days
If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us within 7 days of the charge so we can review it.
Users Can Cancel Anytime From Their Dashboard
You can cancel anytime before the trial ends. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged.
