Short version: ClippingCash does not currently send your crew job reminders by text or by email, and there is no crew reminder setting to turn on. This article says so plainly so you do not plan around something that is not there.
What is not available
- Crew reminder emails. The system has a scheduled job for 24-hour and 2-hour crew reminders, but it does not deliver email yet. Nothing reaches your crew from it.
- Crew text messages. Job reminders are not sent to crew by SMS.
- Crew reminder settings. Reminder Settings in the dashboard has no crew section. It covers customer payment reminders and quote follow-ups only, and those are opt-in and off by default.
- Quiet hours for crew reminders. With no crew reminders going out, there is nothing for quiet hours to apply to.
What to do instead
Tell your crew about upcoming jobs yourself, by calling or texting them, until crew reminders ship.
