How to send appointment reminder emails

Turn on one switch and customers get an email the day before their visit. Works on every plan, no texting plan needed.

An appointment reminder email tells a customer you are coming tomorrow. It cuts down on locked gates and “I didn’t know you were coming” calls. Unlike reminder texts, it needs no texting plan. It is on every plan.

1 Turn it on

It is one switch for your whole company: open your Subscription page, go to the Texting tab, and in the Appointment reminders card switch on Send appointment reminders. Only the account owner can change it. Switch it on and customers with an email address on file get a reminder the day before their visit. Switch it off and they stop.

2 What your customer gets

One email the day before the visit. A customer with no email address on file gets nothing from this switch.

3 Texts or emails

The two are separate. Reminder texts need a texting plan (Growing and up) and let a customer reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Reminder emails work on every plan. Use either or both.
