How to see your week in the owner app calendar

Scan the days ahead in the ClippingCash owner app: swipe the date strip, tap a day to see its jobs with times, and add a job without leaving the screen.

The Route screen answers “what is today”. The Calendar screen answers “what is coming”, which is the one you need when a customer rings asking if you can fit them in Thursday.

1 Open Calendar

In the owner app, go to Calendar. The current month and year sit at the top, and underneath is a horizontal strip of dates you can swipe through.

Each date in the strip shows its day letter, and the selected date is highlighted. Tap any date to load that day.

This is a date strip rather than a full month grid, which suits a phone: you swipe forward through the days you actually care about instead of squinting at a 42-cell month.

2 Read a day’s jobs

Selecting a date lists that day’s jobs as cards. Each card shows the job with its scheduled time where one is set, so you can see at a glance how full the day already is.

An empty day tells you plainly, as No jobs on followed by the weekday and date. That is your answer when someone asks whether you have room.

3 Add a job to that day

Add Job is right there on the screen. Because you already have a date selected, adding from here is the fast path for “can you come Thursday” while you still have the customer on the phone.

Using it well

Swipe out three or four days before you commit to anything. Recurring services have already generated their jobs, so what you see is real committed work, not a blank slate. Slotting a one-off into a day that already has six stops is how a day runs late.

For the driving order within a single day, switch to Route and see how to dispatch today’s route.
